  I ordered a birthday cake from them. The day the cake was supposed to be delivered they called me and said they messed up and the order wasn't put in properly and the cake wasn't made yet. Luckily the party was the following day and they said they would make it for next day. The following day the cake never arrived. I called them an hour after it was supposed to be there to find out they only had excuses and no cake. I had no cake for my wife's birthday party. They offered me 10 percent off my next purchase. Not a chance.

  I live in Toronto and I ordered a dozen cupcakes (chocolate with oreo buttercream) to be delivered to a friend in PA. The owner diligently kept me up to date on receiving payment, delivery time etc. I did not get to try the cupcakes but the recipient says they were fantastic.
