  Waited 45 minutes for 2 simple orders. I asked the waiter why two other tables, that came in AFTER us, were served. His reply was, they were busy. I asked to speak to the manager. The young manager came and mumbled something about it getting forgotten, but (half heartedly) said it was coming right out. When we finally got our orders, one of the dishes (French toast) was raw, like they dipped the bread but did not cook it. With a complaint they took it back and remade it. Poor apologies were made. Overall, bad experience here. If you make a mistake, own up to it right away. Do not make poor excuses. The manager should have acted more like an adult, took ownership of the problem, and at least provided a better apology. One star is more than they deserve.

  One of the best I have had in a long time going out to eat with such great characters who stand behind the bar as well as the servers which truly attend to your needs, I couldn't recommend a better place to eat at.
