Accolades to the chef responsible for this very delicious onion soup.
I was happily surprised to taste and see the curry therein. At first I noticed a different taste to a soup, which all to often leaves the diner with a too much salt experience. On second inspection the tell tale golden sheen in the soup, which could only be curry powder, was apparent.
